Anyone who is a permanent staff member at FSCH is eligible to apply for these awards. Below is a copy of what the application forms look like.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-ce5a884\" data-block-id=\"ce5a884\"><style>.stk-ce5a884{margin-bottom:20px !important}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\"><strong>Applications can be submitted from April 25th &#8211; June 25th<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4b65e2e\" data-block-id=\"4b65e2e\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The Educational Scholarship Fund is to provide some financial support to staff employed at the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital. The Scholarships are designed to assist staff in broadening their skills with further education, thereby enhancing local Health Care Services. A total of $3000.00 in Memorial Scholarships will be awarded yearly.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-c6901b3\" data-block-id=\"c6901b3\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Briefly, the Memorial Scholarship Program is available to eligible permanent staff [0.40 FTE or equivalent (e.g. casual staff member consistently working the equivalent of 0.40 FTE or above)] by completing an application form. All eligible applications will be reviewed by the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital Foundation Scholarship Committee. <strong>The deadline for receipt of applications is June 25st<\/strong> and from these, candidates will be selected. The candidates will be notified and the Scholarships will be awarded by September 25th.
